ABOUT THE ROLE
As a startup, we view our early talent as the foundation to Merch's short and long-term success. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of entire business areas and work directly with the founding team and the organization's customers to build and maintain world-class client services. You can expect to lead communication with corporations, creators and influencers, and manufacturers.
As a Director of Client Services at Merch you can expect to:
- Create a best-in-class client support framework across each vertical (enterprise, creators, manufacturers, etc.)
- Manage customer support and help architect future team
- Enhance existing client and channel partner relationships while identifying new growth opportunities
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
There's a lot that goes into revolutionizing an industry! We're looking for someone that's crazy enough to take on the task and has a(n):
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the custom merchandise industry
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and business areas
Location: Our new office is located in Orlando, FL. We have adopted a remote/hybrid working model.
